Superior king room with good clean bathroom, comfortable bed, for example. Very central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from St Martin Cathedral. And near San Michele's church, the main attractions of the wonderful Lucca, and the bus stop. Excellant customer care, parking on site. No charge for concierge service, wake up service, and ironing too.

The staff were fantastic, and the room was beautifully decorated with a four-poster bed, all situated in a fantastic location near the town center.

Had nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed and wake-up service was available in it. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy.

The staff was efficient, the breakfast was marvellous, everything was excellent. I liked to sit in the café. The hotel was in a very central location to all transport links. Moreover, it's next to buses, all major attractions and wine shops in Via San Paolino.

The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the nearby attractions and enjoy the charm of the historic center. The staff here were friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication a breeze. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The attention to detail by the housekeeping team was exceptional, as my room was always immaculate and well-maintained. I also appreciated the lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The amenities in the room, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

The friendliness,helpfulness and considerate staff from cleaners through to the front desk staff. Bed linen was changed every day. The choice for breakfast was vast and very enjoyable. Bedroom was very large with one large en-suite for my able bodied wife and one even larger en-suite for me as I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair. City on your doorstep, bus station 10min walk, train station 25min walk and 10min walk to the walls where everyone walks, cycles,runs and sits eating ice-cream in the sun.

The en-suite equipped for the disabled has everything except a very essential grab bar/rail for transfer from wheelchair to toilet bowl, no grab bars/rails and no seat in the level deck shower.

Great hotel. Beautiful, large room and terrific amenities. Easy to find and great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate returning some day.
